Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, selected service and message, plus an optional phone number and town. Calls, texts and emails may also include information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, MFA or recovery codes, payment-card details, remote-session PINs, private documents, employer or customer information, or medical or financial records.
Website technical information
The site's hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver services, coordinate follow-up, maintain business records, protect systems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting, DNS and security infrastructure. The contact form sends your request to the business contact service at cassadytech.com, which routes service records to Zoho Desk and business email through Resend. Microsoft 365 handles the business mailbox. Information is shared as needed to operate these services or as required by law.
Practical AI help
The Station's AI self-help section is prewritten and does not send your selections or request details to an AI model. During a separately scheduled AI setup or coaching session, you remain in control of what you enter into a third-party AI service. That provider may process information under its own privacy terms. GHV will not ask you to upload confidential material to demonstrate an AI tool.
The Tech Station
The separate Station privacy notice explains its first-party visit and checklist measurements, short-lived session cookie, request database, owner notifications and manual retention cleanup. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing.
Retention and your choices
Contact, ticket and email records are kept for service delivery, follow-up, business records and applicable legal obligations. They do not have an automatic deletion schedule shared with the Station. Contact GHV to request access, correction or deletion; records required for legal or accounting purposes may need to be retained. Hosting providers may retain separate security logs.
No sale of personal information
Greenhorn Valley Tech and Cassady Tech Solutions LLC do not sell personal information submitted through this website or through service inquiries.
Business identity
Greenhorn Valley Tech is the residential brand of Cassady Tech Solutions LLC. Information received through Greenhorn Valley Tech may be handled within Cassady Tech Solutions LLC for normal business and service operations.
